Silvermed S.B. is a sterile highly absorbent non adherent pad with silver. Silvermed S.B., thanks to its metallic silver micronized net, preserves the microenvironment of the wound, stimulates the development of granulation tissue and acts as an antibacterial for wounds, ulcers, pressure sores, burns, minor abrasions and donor sites. Silvermed S.B, is hypoallergenic, air-permeable and allows the transpiration of skin with a painless removal. The dressing doesn’t release on the wound any residues of silver. The device Silvermed is Latex Free.
