Sterile dressing with an entire hydroactive surface, consisting of a layer of highly absorbent polyurethane foam that guarantees the vertical absorption of exudate, a highly absorbent PU intermediate layer, and an external film of transparent polyurethane that avoids maceration of the periwound area. The dressing conforms perfectly to the wound bed by promoting the ideal environment for the healing process. The high absorption capacity of the PU foam dressing makes it possible to reduce the number of changes while ensuring patient comfort and reduced costs in wound management. It does not cause maceration of the periwound edges. It can be cut without suffering alteration of its absorption capacity.
