Polyester wadding for padding under plaster, made of synthetic fibers, easily torn with the hands but resistant to normal tensions, manageable to bandaging.
The wadding is radiolucent, very soft and fluffy especially in the overlapping points, pleasant on the skin and breathable.
It guarantees comfort to the patient even after a long time, thanks to the consistency of its texture. It can be shaped according to the anatomy of the body and adheres well to the skin, without islands of inconsistent thickness.
It is water-repellent to facilitate the rapid drying of the cast, is not inactivated by water or body fluids and continues to carry out its protective activity even when it comes into contact with them.
The high conformability ensures that the padding is optimal even with a single overlapping of the bandage, thus enabling the preparation of perfect plaster casts. Eurosoft can be sterilized in an autoclave.
