Euroderm Incise Iodine

The Euroderm Incise Iodine incision sheet, to be used as a mechanical barrier for surgical incisions, is an opalescent, antistatic, non-reflective polyurethane film with povidone-iodine, which makes the incision area clearly visible. It guarantees a continuous antimicrobial action. The film, impermeable to liquids and bacteria, but permeable to gases and water vapour, protects against any contamination and allows the skin to breathe, thus preventing the accumulation of moisture under the cloth. Euroderm Incise Iodine adheres firmly to the skin surrounding the incision area for the duration of the procedure and also holds the drapes in place around the incision area, thus making the use of staples unnecessary. The flexibility and conformability of the film make it suitable even for the most difficult areas of intervention or in cases where considerable handling is required. Euroderm Incise Iodine is tear-resistant, but can be cut sharply with a scalpel. Euroderm Incise Iodine is Latex free.
