Shaped sterile adhesive dressing made of hydrocellular polyurethane foam with a stratified structure whose shape adapts to the heel/elbow and other morphologically similar areas of the body. It does not require secondary fixing due to the presence of adhesive edges. The special shape of the dressing reduces the possibility of accidental detachment due to frictional forces by prolonging its permanence in situ resulting in reduced costs in wound management. It can be used as a secondary dressing in combination with cavitary dressings, gauze, alginates, CMC, under compression bandages.
