Drenapad is a sterile aluminized non-woven tablet for use on wounds due to small and medium drains and infusion catheters.
The central pre-cut and the smaller ones that radiate from the central hole (Ø from 5 mm to 12 mm) ensure that the tablet conforms easily around the drainage area.
The aluminized layer of the tablet is highly porous, not adherent to the peristomal area and drainage and has a high absorption power, thus ensuring patient comfort.
The high absorption power of the substrate keeps the wound surface dry, thus reducing the risk of infection. Drenapad is individually packaged, sterilized with ethylene oxide and ready to use. Drenapad is latex free.
