Sterile, adhesive-edged, absorbent, non-adherent dressing with central silver compress, ready to use. The tablet has antibacterial action using advanced micronized silver technology for moist wound healing. Silver is hydroactivated in a controlled manner by the exudate. It creates the ideal moist environment for rapid healing, does not adhere to the wound thus making dressing changes atraumatic, and does not release silver residue. It releases silver ions while maintaining a bacteriostatic environment inside the dressing protecting the wound from exogenous bacterial contamination. Adaptable to any external anatomical surface, it stimulates the formation of granulation tissue and consequent re-epithelialization. It does not require secondary fixing dressing due to the presence of adhesive edges and keeps the wound in optimal humidity conditions. Reduces the presence of devitalized tissues.
