Euroderm Foam Plus Concave Silicone is a PU foam dressing with an adhesive border and a soft silicone gel layer. It is composed of a support frame in silicone paper, an adhesive layer of transparent and breathable semi-permeable polyurethane film which guarantees isolation from water and bacteria, a wound contact layer in PU foam covered with a foil made of soft silicone and a protective film made of polyethylene film.

Ideal for the treatment of moderately to highly exuding wounds, such as lower limb ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, first and second-degree burns, and traumatic wounds. It is particularly suitable for application on irregular and difficult anatomical areas, such as the heel, elbow, and knee.
